June 21, 2026 | Last day for faculty to add optional questions by 11:59 p.m. |
June 23, 2026 | PTE survey period opens for stateside 6W1 courses. |
June 23 鈥� July 1, 2026 | Students receive reminder emails for pending evaluations. |
July 1, 2026 | Last day for students to complete online PTE survey by 11:59 p.m. |

PTEs may be administered for stateside summer session courses based on the request of the College Dean. Faculty members teaching stateside summer courses will be notified of the PTE schedule by the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development.听

How Faculty Can Monitor Student Participation:
- Faculty can monitor student participation and response rates throughout the evaluation period via the .
Important Notes:
- Evaluations will be administered online, and students will receive email invitations with a link to the PTE portal sent to their CSUDH Toro email address.
- Students have access to complete their course evaluations from any desktop computer or mobile devices and may access the PTE survey via MyCSUDH.edu.
- Participation is completely anonymous, and all responses are confidential. 鈥�
- Weekly reminder emails will be sent to students up to the last week of classes. Encourage students to check their SPAM folders if they don't see the initial email.
- The PTE course evaluation reports will be released at the end of the semester after all grades have been submitted.
