- Manage recruitment for tenured and tenure-track faculty and full-time lecturers, Faculty Recruitment Plans, and Faculty Background Checks.聽
- Manage the Immigration Services for International Tenure-Track faculty process.
- Process appointment letters for new full-time faculty hires, Director and Retreat appointments.
- Process Faculty Early Retirement Program (FERP) appointments and requests for Emeritus status.
- Process information requests.
- Assist with Full-Time Lecturer Reappointments.
- Manage the Faculty Affairs budget activities.
- Administer the Perceived Teaching Effectiveness (PTEs) student evaluations for stateside courses and provide technical support.
- Process Service Salary Increases (SSI).
- Process Range Elevations for Lecturers.
- Manage the Faculty Affairs website and web accessibility.
- Assist with subpoenas.
- Manage the Reappointment, Tenure, & Promotion (RTP) Review process.
- Process tenure-track and coach reappointments.
- Assist with Faculty Awards.
- Process Non-Medical Leaves for faculty.
- Process full-time faculty Market Salary Increase (MSI) Applications.
