Student Assistant/Work Study Information

Time Reporting

    • To be used when an employee or approver needs to submit or make changes to hours worked or absences that cannot be
      submitted online through Absence Management or Time and Labor.

CHRS introduces:

  • A new timesheet to report hours worked
  • Time will be entered as total hours worked in a day vs. entering the time you start and end your shift
  • Examples:
    • 4 hours vs. 8:00am to 12:00pm
    • If you work 4 hours and 20 minutes, you will enter 4.4 hours
