The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)

The College of Education at 好色先生 Dominguez Hills is accredited at the state level by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (). CTC was created in 1970 by the Ryan Act and is the oldest of the autonomous state standards boards in the nation.听 The major purpose of the agency is to serve as a state standards board for educator preparation for the public schools of California, the licensing and credentialing of professional educators in the State, the enforcement of professional practices of educators, and the discipline of credential holders in the State of California. Please note this accreditation does not include individual education courses that the institution offers to P-12 educators for professional development, re-licensure, or other purposes.

Title II Reports

Under Title II (Sections 205 through 208) of the Higher Education Opportunity Act (PL 110-315), each Commission-approved institution is required to publicly post its Title II data on its own website, ensuring that prospective candidates and the public have access to information about the institution's teaching credential programs. While this institutional posting requirement remains in place, the CTC now also provides a centralized 聽where this data is publicly accessible in one location, making it easier to view and compare Title II information across institutions without needing to navigate to each institution's individual website.
  1. Go directly to CTC's 听飞别产辫补驳别.
  2. Select an Academic Year.
  3. Select the Institution Name from the dropdown and choose聽"CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, DOMINGUEZ HILLS".
  4. Click the green arrow button to load CSUDH's Title II data.
