Who is Eligible?

If you are currently enrolled as a CSUDH undergraduate or graduate student, you are eligible to use Teddy’s Pantry.


How Does It Work?

All students are invited to register for Teddy’s Pantry using the new check-in system. This new check-in process offers an easier way to shop. Students simply have to register online, place your order, and pick up your supplies. Fuel your success in four easy steps!

Never Miss Out: Teddy’s Pantry’s New Refrigerated Locker Service with Loker Student Union

We are excited to introduce our new refrigerated locker service in collaboration with Loker Student Union! This program is designed to make sure that students who are unable to access Teddy’s Pantry during normal operational hours can place an order! Follow these simple steps to take advantage of this service:

Step 1Ìý Complete Registration: Use this link to complete the registration form for LSU refrigerated lockers. Please note that after registration, your profile will take up to 24 hours to be activated.

Step 2Ìý Schedule Your Pickup Time: Once your profile is activated, log in to Pantry Soft and submit your appointment time for pickup at 6:00 PM and place an order.

Step 3Ìý Storage and Confirmation: Our dedicated Teddy's Pantry team will carefully store your items in the LSU lockers. You will then receive a confirmation email or text containing a unique code to access your locker and pick up your order.

Step 4Ìý Enjoy! Once you've received your confirmation code, simply head to the refrigerated lockers at your appointed time, enter your code, and retrieve your items. It's that easy! *Do Not share your code. Pick up your order once receiving the confirmation code. If order is not picked up by the end of the next day, we will return the order to the pantry.


• Students have the opportunity to visit Teddy’s Pantry once a week. The operating hours can be found on this page. Please note that these hours may vary.
• Kindly bring your reusable grocery bags for each visit.
• Please only take what you need for the week and remember that this is a community resource.

Pantry Donations

Thank you for your interest in supporting Teddy's Pantry and for your commitment to helping our students during this challenging time. It truly means a lot to our team and to the students we serve.

There are a few great ways to support Teddy's Pantry:Ìý

Host a Food Drive/Donate Food & Goods Department, programs, and student groups are welcome to host drives on campus. Non-perishable food items, hygiene products, and household essentials are always in high demand.

Food Donation Dropoff

If you wish to donate, we ask that you only donate new, unopened, and non-expired items.Ìý Donations can be dropped off Monday–Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Teddy's Pantry (College of Education, Bldg. 14 H-023). To coordinate large donations or campus drives, please contact us torocare@csudh.edu

Make a Financial Gift

Financial contributions allow us to restock high-need items and expand our emergency food support for students. Donations can be made directly through Teddy's Pantry Fund. Every dollar goes towards ensuring no Toro goes hungry.

How many items can I take?Ìý

You get 15 points every week to shop the pantry. Most items have limits on how many you can get of each. Most items are worth between 0 and 2 points. That determines the number of actual items you can get weekly.

Why are there item limits?

Limits are in place to ensure every student has an equitable opportunity to nutritious items at Teddy's Pantry, no matter the time of their visit. We serve over 800 students a week with over 4,000 monthly pantry visits.

When do you restock the pantry?

The pantry is a donation-based program. We receive deliveries daily and throughout the week.
