Notes Regarding Transcripts:
If you are applying and have used other names on your transcripts, be sure to include current and former legal names on your application. Transcripts that have been faxed, accidentally opened, or are unofficial/student copies are NOT acceptable. Individual transcripts from ALL schools are required.
U.S. applicants residing outside of California must verify that CSUDH is authorized to offer online programs in their state or territory under the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (SARA).
Before applying to an online program, applicants should check CSUDH's authorization status for their state of residence by visiting

International applicants, regardless of citizenship, who have received all or a significant portion of their education in a language other than English, must also meet specific English language proficiency requirements.
