The MS Accounting Program is a full-time, 18-month cohort program that is offered in a hybrid (on-campus/online) format, designed specifically for working adults. Designed to improve graduates鈥� career outcomes in alignment with the 听systemwide strategic plan, The Next Step: CSU Graduate Career Readiness Training, is a free, systemwide course for graduate students offering digital badges based on the eight National Association of Colleges and Employers鈥� (N鈥婣CE) career readiness competencies: career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, equity and inclusion, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and technology.
Collaboratively developed by听eight CSU campuses, the course helps students build practical career skills, enhancing their readiness for professional opportunities. Upon completion of the eight modules, students earn a final digital micro-credential.
