To access any CSUDH enterprise application, such as PeopleSoft (Campus Solutions, Human Resources/Payroll, or Financials), OnBase, TSC, or DW-BI Dashboards, you must complete and submit a formal , signed electronically via Adobe Sign.

- A valid CSUDH email account is required to log in and complete the request process.

- Type(s) of access needed (e.g., PeopleSoft CS, CFS, OnBase, etc.)
- Full legal name
- Employee ID #
- Campus email address
- Job title
- Job functions (e.g., Student Advising, Budget Reconciliation)

- Supervisor's name and email
- Division approver's name and email
Adobe Sign Routing & Approvals
Once your preliminary form is submitted: 聽
- The Information Security Office initiates the appropriate form(s) via Adobe Sign.
- You'll receive an email to complete and sign your section electronically.
- The form will automatically route through all required approvers:
- You (the Requester)
- Supervisor
- Liaison/MPP
- Division Approver
- Data Owner
- Information Security Officer
- Once fully signed, the completed form is processed by the Security Administrator.
- A copy will be sent to you confirming your access request is complete.

Adobe Sign enables authorized campus users to create and route electronic documents for signature, eliminating the need for traditional wet signatures.
Request Dropbox Services
CSUDH has partnered with Dropbox, Inc., to provide a secure,聽flexible cloud storage solution for campus use. Dropbox for Business is the university鈥檚 only approved platform for storing and sharing Level 1 protected data, including HIPAA-regulated information.聽聽Before requesting access, please review聽聽for safe handling of sensitive data.
Dropbox Requests
- : Create a secure folder for storing and collaborating on university files, including Level 1 data. Use the same form to add new members or remove existing users from a Dropbox Team folder.
