We are pleased to announce that a new Affordable Housing Residence Hall and Dining Commons will be opening Fall 2026.
The Affordable Housing Residence Hall is the result of a state-funded initiative to support low-income students. This new four-story building will add 288 new beds to campus. Of these, 238 beds will be offered at a reduced cost to qualified low-income applicants. The Dining Commons is a one-story building located west of the new residence hall and will act as a bridge between the campus and the residential community. It will include approximately 315 indoor seats and 50 outdoor and feature a variety of food options. Please go to the site to learn about meal plan options. Effective Fall 2026, all students living in the residence halls will be REQUIRED to have a meal plan.听
