Summer 2026 and Academic Year 2026-27 applications open at 10:00am on FRIDAY, March 27, 2026.

We are pleased to announce that a new Affordable Housing Residence Hall and Dining Commons will be opening Fall 2026.

Keep an eye on your Toromail for more information about the new residence and dining halls and about the re-application process for current residents.

Please refer to the tables below for a timeline of important dates as they apply to CURRENT Housing residents for each of the following occupancy periods:

Fall 2026 Move-in Date	Saturday, August 22, 2026 for returning residents/students (Note: new CSUDH students will move in Thursday, August 20, 2026)听
Spring 2027 Fees Due Date	Thursday, December 11, 2026
Fall 2026 Move-Out Date (for Fall 2026 residents not intending to live on campus for Spring 2027)	Friday, December 18, 2026 by 5:00pm
Winter Break 2026-27	Saturday, December 19, 2026 - Thursday, January 21, 2027
Spring 2027 Move-Out Dates	Friday, May 21, 2027 for non-graduating students Sunday, May 23, 2027 for graduating students

Applications received after the above-noted priority dates may be waitlisted.

Immunization Requirements for Residential Students

All students living on campus are听REQUIRED听to have the following immunization documentation:听

Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine
Meningococcal Conjugate (Serogroups A, C, Y, W-135) Vaccine
Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccine
Varicella (Chickenpox)
Tuberculosis (TB) Screening/Risk Assessment听(bring on move-in day)
Hepatitis B (age 18 or younger)
COVID-19 Vaccine (recommended)
