Summer 2026 and Academic Year 2026-27 applications open at 10:00am on FRIDAY, March 27, 2026.
We are pleased to announce that a new Affordable Housing Residence Hall and Dining Commons will be opening Fall 2026.
Keep an eye on your Toromail for more information about the new residence and dining halls and about the re-application process for current residents.
Please refer to the tables below for a timeline of important dates as they apply to CURRENT Housing residents for each of the following occupancy periods:
- Academic Year 2025-26 (Fall 2025 and Spring 2026)
- Summer 2026
- Academic Year 2026-27 (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027)听
NOTE: Current residents who re-apply for Housing do NOT have to pay another Security Deposit.

Immunization Requirements for Residential Students
All students living on campus are听REQUIRED听to have the following immunization documentation:听
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine
- Meningococcal Conjugate (Serogroups A, C, Y, W-135) Vaccine
- Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccine
- Varicella (Chickenpox)
- Tuberculosis (TB) Screening/Risk Assessment听(bring on move-in day)
- Hepatitis B (age 18 or younger)
- COVID-19 Vaccine (recommended)
