The curriculum follows an organized sequence of 5 courses, grounded in Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK庐 Guide) concepts, which inform the current Certification Exam Content Outlines. CSUDH鈥檚 program is constantly updated to stay in sync with the various editions of the PMBOK庐听Guide听and PMI's exam expectations. In addition, this program, consisting of 66 class hours, goes well beyond the content of many PMP庐听Exam Prep courses, typically consisting of only about 35 hours of class time.
As a result, those who pursue PMI's certification, will be better prepared to sit for the听PMP庐听or CAPM庐 certification exams.听 Recognized domestically and internationally, the PMP庐听Certification has set a standard for excellence in project management.听 Obtaining the PMP庐听designation distinguishes you as an expert in the profession. The CAPM庐听certification provides an entry into the project management profession for those who do not have prior work experience in project management.
This program also qualifies for the education requirement to qualify for PMI's Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM庐) examination as well as PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP庐) examination.听

Mr. Wilkens has 46 years of experience, including 31 years of experience in project management. He has managed various projects in software, engineering and construction industries, both in the private and public sectors. The deadline to enroll for courses for most certificate programs is FOUR (4) BUSINESS DAYS or earlier before the class begins (or as indicated on the schedule); course schedules are updated daily.
If a course in which you are interested is no longer displaying in the course schedule, please be aware that its registration deadline may have already passed, or the course may have already reached capacity.
