What is the Enrollment Reporting System (ERS)?

The Enrollment Reporting System (ERS) is the 好色先生 system's comprehensive data collection system used to report enrollment, degree, and student information to the CSU Chancellor's Office. This data enables the CSU to meet state and federal reporting requirements, including submissions to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS).

Important Dates: Census Schedule for CSUDH

Note: As of November 17, 2025 - All dates shown are current and upcoming. The census date typically falls on the 20th day of instruction for semester campuses. All data corrections must be completed before the profile files are submitted to the Chancellor's Office.
