Graduation Application Process:

Contact your Program Director听for instructions and any special requirements for the graduation application process.

Each prospective graduate must file for graduation. The Graduation Application must be completed and submitted for processing.听 Please see Graduation Application Instructions for more details. Please direct all questions regarding graduation procedures to the Graduation Unit of the Office of Admissions & Records or the SLP Program Director.
