How to Register for Academic Accommodations

The SdRC team is eagerly waiting to support you in achieving your academic goals through personalized accommodations. To unlock this opportunity, we highly recommend registering with the Student disAbility Resource Center. Our team is dedicated to helping you succeed, and we look forward to working with you.

Step 1: Application
Step 2: Verification of Disability

NOTE: Before applying, please have medical and/or disability documentation available at the time of completing the application, preferably in an electronic format.

1. On the left side menu, click on聽 You can also open the SdRC Online Portal in a new tab .
2. Click the button labeled 鈥�New Student Application鈥� for new student registration.
   • Sign-in with your CSUDH username and password
3. On the first step, please fill out the application in its entirety and click 鈥�Submit Application.鈥�
4. On the second step, please upload sufficient updated medical documentation. Once you upload聽and submit your documentation via the 鈥�Upload Documentation鈥� button, it will provide a notice with聽a green check mark stating that your 鈥�File Upload was Successful.鈥�
   1. No documentation? Click "Upload Documentation Later" and have a licensed medical professional fill out the form below.

Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email notification. All emails are sent to your campus email account.聽
