• → Research-related expenses (ex: books, materials, supplies, small equipment, printing)
• → Professional development opportunities (ex: conference registration, travel, networking)

International travel is unallowable. Award funds may only be used for domestic travel within the United States.

This award is open to CSUDH-eligible undergraduate students across all disciplines and backgrounds.

SELECTION CRITERIA

• Completion of the application
• Potential impact on the project or activity
• Strength and clarity of the budget justification

APPLICATION PRIORITY DEADLINE

Thursday, September 17, 2026

Applications will be accepted after the priority deadline, if funds are available. However, it is strongly encouraged that you apply by the priority deadline, as your application will be reviewed first, potentially giving you an advantage over those who apply later.
