STEM CAREER PATHWAYS PROGRAM - FOR FRESHMEN
Freshmen STEM Career Pathways introduces students to STEM career pathways and reinforces the value of earning a STEM degree to encourage persistence in their major. The program prepares freshmen to transition into the STEM Advantage Scholars Program as sophomores, where they gain access to individualized mentorship, scholarships, internships, and career support. Participants also engage in mentoring circles with STEM Advantage alumni, professional and career development programming, and both virtual and in-person community-building opportunities.

The STEM Advantage Scholars Program is built around five key components: paid internships, mentorship, scholarships, professional and career development, and community. Through this holistic model, Scholars develop the skills, experience, and professional network needed to launch successful careers after graduation while reducing student debt through scholarships and paid internship opportunities.
