Academic records are maintained by the Records Unit of the Registrar鈥檚 Office. Official copies of CSUDH transcripts may be requested online and are provided by Credentials Inc.
Please Note:聽We do not accept faxed or mailed copies of transcript requests.
ONLINE OR VIA TELEPHONE
Students may request transcripts online through聽Parchment, Inc. There is an additional $2.00 service charge per transcript.聽 If you wish to request a transcript order be held until degree completion or for final grades to be posted, you must submit this request online.

PROCESSING TIME
Processing time commences upon receipt of the transcript request.
For students who have attended after 1994: Transcripts are processed within 5 business days and expedited requests are processed within 1 business day.
For students who attended 1994 and prior: Transcripts are processed within 10 business days.聽Expedited requests are not available for students who attended prior to 1994.
