The Gospel Music Concert Series brings together choirs within and outside the university community in performances that nuance the essence and meaning of African gospel music, as well as its contribution to the growth and development of African spirituality in the Diaspora. This event is held in September, November, and April of each year, and each performance will be recorded for inclusion in the African Diaspora Sacred Music and Musicians Collection.
