CalVet College Fee Waiver Document (CFW)

CalVet College Fee Waiver (CCFW)

The CalVet College Fee Waiver (CCFW) is a California state benefit that waives mandatory systemwide tuition and fees at California Community Colleges, California State Universities (CSU), and University of California (UC) campuses for eligible dependents of veterans. The program offers multiple plans (A鈥揇), with eligibility determined by the veteran鈥檚 service status, disability rating, and, in some cases, the student鈥檚 income.

Eligibility requirements vary by plan and may include factors such as the veteran鈥檚 service-connected disability status, relationship to the dependent, age limits, and income thresholds. Please note that the CCFW is a state benefit and is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, nor is it a federal education benefit.
