How to Request Accommodations

1. Go to听www.csudh.edu/sdrc
2. On the right side of the menu, click 鈥溾��
3. Click the left blue button titled 鈥淪ign In鈥� for Registered Student with Disabilities.
4. If the message on the screen states "Action Required...." Read relevant agreement forms and sign your name at the bottom. Otherwise, skip to #5.听You will need to click one of the grey boxes in the middle of the screen.
   • Click on the box labelled "SdRC Student Responsibilities."听
   • All the agreements will open
   • Review the agreement, and electronically sign your name at the bottom of the page.
5. Under 鈥淪tep 1: Select Class(es),鈥� please check off the classes you鈥檇 like to receive accommodations. Then, click the 鈥淪tep 2- Continue to Customize Your Accommodations鈥� button.
6. Select the approved accommodation(s) you want for each class. And then click the 鈥淪ubmit Your Accommodation Requests鈥� button.

*NOTE: If you see that some class accommodations are not listed or available, please contact the office or an SdRC advisor.

7. Upon successful submission of your requests, the next page will state 鈥淪ystem Update is Successful.鈥�
