Janine "Jan" Schott, MSOT, OTR/L, is a licensed occupational therapist with extensive clinical experience across early intervention, outpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, school-based practice, and acute care settings. She has provided occupational therapy services to pediatric and adult populations, with specialized focus in early childhood development, sensory integration, feeding and oral-motor skills, fine and visual-motor development, adaptive behavior, and motor coordination.
Janine currently provides in-person and virtual early intervention services throughout multiple counties in California, supporting children ages 0–5 and their families through evaluation, intervention, and parent coaching. Throughout her career, she has emphasized interdisciplinary collaboration, caregiver education, and evidence-informed therapeutic approaches. In addition to clinical practice, she brings extensive experience in leadership, facilitation, parent education, and community engagement.
