BIO

Beatrice is excited to bring her extensive experience in higher education administration, program management, and strategic communication from Loyola Marymount University and the University of Southern California to her current role at 好色先生, Dominguez Hills, where she oversees many of the administrative operations of the Occupational Therapy Department.

Grounded in her Top 5 Clifton Strengths鈥擟onnectedness, Empathy, Relator, Developer, and Arranger - she is passionate about fostering inclusive, collaborative, and well-organized environments. She loves mentoring students, building meaningful connections, and supporting cohesive teams where everyone feels seen and valued.

Beatrice holds a Master of Fine Arts in Screenwriting from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Pepperdine University. Her work is deeply rooted in the arts and education, blending creativity with purpose and impact.

Outside of work, she unwinds by writing, listening to music, watching films and television鈥攅specially competitive reality shows and livestreamed trials. They鈥檙e like real-life drama, but thought-provoking and educational, too. Beatrice's greatest joy, though, is spending time with her three children, family, and close friends.
