Dr. Trewin has been in clinical practice for over 20 years, in pediatric settings that
include outpatient clinics, schools, in-home, and private practice with specialties in the
areas of sensory integration and feeding. She has experience in program development
and evaluation through her doctoral work and developed the MealSense漏 Program to
support clinicians, children, and families in the important occupations of feeding and
mealtime. She is currently the clinic director at playSense, a private practice clinic
specializing in Ayres Sensory Integration庐. She has advanced training in sensory
integration and her advanced practice certification through the California Board of
Occupational Therapy in Swallowing Assessment, Evaluation and/or Intervention
(SWC). Dr. Trewin develops and teaches professional development courses to
clinicians in the areas of feeding and mealtime.
