GIVE好色先生, Dominguez Hills took the global stage in 1984, hosting five track cycling events at the Olympic Velodrome. Seven Americans took home medals that they earned here on campus, including Steve Hegg鈥檚 gold in Individual Pursuit and Mark Gorski鈥檚 gold in Sprint.
Olympic Housing
The university鈥檚 first housing facilities were originally constructed in the 1980s for Olympic athletes to stay in during the 1984 Games. Those facilities transitioned to university operation after the Olympics ended and have housed CSUDH students ever since.
