Requesting an Anthology Account

In order to access the Baseline application in Anthology, you must first have an account.

If you do not currently have an an Anthology account, but would like one, please email the following information to Toumik Asatoorian (tasatoorian@csudh.edu):

• Full Name
• 9-digit Employee ID or Student ID number
• CSUDH Email Address
• Department/Office name

Please, allow 24-48 business hours for access to be granted.
