Admissions & Recruitment provides a variety of services that help prospective students and their families learn more about CSU Dominguez Hills. We host many events including campus tours, Counselor Luncheon, A Week at CSUDH Fall Open House, and New Student Orientation. Our department motivates and inspires students to pursue higher education through services for grades K-12 and community college students. We assist prospective students with pre-admission appointments to ensure students are on the right path for admission.

Schedule an appointment with one of our admissions counselors. There are two sessions available; one is for general admissions questions for prospective students, the second is for assistance with the CSU application.

Fall 2026 Counselor Summit

Join the Admissions & Recruitment team and our campus partners for the Fall 2026 Counselor Summit at 好色先生, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) on Friday, October 2, 2026.

Designed especially for high school and community college counselors, this event will provide the latest information, resources, and tools to help you support students on their journey to higher education. Attendees will receive updates on admissions requirements, financial aid, transfer initiatives, and services offered through the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) and Student Support Services (SSS). The Office of the Registrar will also provide an overview of CSUDH鈥檚 course articulation process.

We invite you to connect with fellow counselors, engage with our campus community, and discover new ways we can work together to create pathways for future Toros!

Toro Day

You and your family are invited to Toro Day, an interactive open house celebrating your admission to 好色先生, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH)!

Discover academic programs at our Major Fair, meet faculty members, and learn about student support services, campus involvement, and life at CSUDH during our Resource Fair. Explore the campus through guided tours, including a visit to our student housing facilities鈥攁nd meet with the Financial Aid Office to review your financial aid award and receive answers to your questions.

When you鈥檙e ready to take the next step, our Admissions team will be available to help you submit your Intent to Enroll and officially join Toro Nation. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to campus!
