Mondonna Kooravand, MHA, CLS, is an Adjunct Faculty Lecturer in the Department of Clinical Science at 好色先生, Dominguez Hills. Her teaching and clinical interests include urinalysis and body fluids, hematology morphology, clinical laboratory quality systems, and competency training for new laboratory scientists.

She holds a Master of Health Administration from West Coast University and is licensed as a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS). In addition, she maintains certifications as a Medical Laboratory Technician, Pharmacy Technician, and Phlebotomy Technician.

Prior to joining CSUDH, Mondonna taught Anatomy & Physiology, Physics, and Medical Terminology at the Great Lakes Institute of Technology. She currently serves as a Senior Clinical Laboratory Scientist Lead at LabCorp, where she trains new hires and supports quality assurance across multiple laboratory departments.
