Biography

Dr. Berezan is a Professor in Management and Marketing. He earned his Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration (Marketing) at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), M.S. in Hotel Administration at UNLV and Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing at the University of Alberta. His research focus is customer satisfaction and loyalty. Dr. Berezan brings two decades of management experience in markets such as Japan, Canada, and Mexico, and has published numerous academic papers, studies and monographs.听
